We use Plimus as our secure payment processor. We accept all major credits as well as bank transfer and instant payments via PayPal.

How can I pay for an item I won?
To pay for an auction you won, simply go to your Account on the top right-hand menu and follow the instructions in your Won Auctions list. We accept all major credits as well as PayPal for items.
I still havn't received the bids I paid for!
Bids are normally available instantly for you to use, but in some rare occasions in may take a few moments for them to arrive. If it has been a while since you completed your purchase, then feel free to use the "Support" button on the top menu and let us know.
My payment still has not gone through!
In some rare cases, our payment processor Plimus holds off an a payment until they can verify some information. This is only done if there is a discrepancy in information or something that requires manually verification. You will always get a notice of this on the payment page and the situation is resolved within an hour.
